Home Visit or Remote Support?
Not every IT problem requires a home visit. We’ll choose the most practical approach for the problem.

For many software, email and configuration problems, I can provide remote help using Zoho Assist. You initiate the session, give permission and can see what I’m doing.
Remote when we can. On-site when we need to be.
Broadband & Wi-Fi Problems?
Is the problem your computer, wireless signal, router, cabling or broadband connection? It isn’t always obvious.
I can investigate the cause, help improve wireless coverage and, when necessary, help you explain the technical issue to your internet service provider (ISP).
You shouldn’t need to understand networking terminology just to get your broadband working properly.
Local Home Visits
I provide home IT support throughout Crewe, Nantwich and surrounding areas. If taking your computer somewhere is inconvenient, a home visit can save the hassle of unplugging monitors, printers and several mysterious cables.
Many issues can be diagnosed or resolved during the visit, particularly those involving home networks and connected devices.
What If It Can’t Be Fixed at Home?
Some repairs require replacement parts, additional testing or more time than is practical during a visit. Where appropriate, I may be able to take equipment away for further diagnosis or repair and return it afterwards.

I won’t recommend replacing equipment for the sake of it. If a repair or upgrade makes sense, I’ll say so. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too.
