For many software, email, configuration and troubleshooting problems, I can provide remote support using Zoho Assist.
With your permission, this allows me to securely connect to your computer and investigate the problem while you remain in control of the support session.

📡 Broadband & Wi-Fi Problems?
Internet problems can be particularly frustrating because it isn’t always obvious whether the problem is your computer, Wi-Fi, router, internal cabling or the broadband connection itself.
I can help diagnose where the problem is and, where necessary, help you deal with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to explain the technical issue.
I can also help investigate poor Wi-Fi coverage, devices dropping their connection and areas of your home where the wireless signal simply doesn’t reach properly.
You shouldn’t need to understand networking terminology just to get your broadband working properly.
🚗 Local Home Visits
I provide home IT support throughout Crewe, Nantwich and the surrounding areas.
If getting your equipment to somebody is difficult, your work commitments make it inconvenient, or you simply don’t want the hassle of disconnecting your computer, monitor, printer and several mysterious cables, a home visit may be the easiest option.
Many problems can be diagnosed and resolved during the visit, particularly where the problem involves your broadband, Wi-Fi, printer, cabling or other equipment within the home.
🛠️ What if It Can’t Be Fixed at Home?
Some repairs require more time, replacement parts or additional testing than is practical during a home visit.
Where appropriate, I may be able to take the equipment away for further diagnosis or repair and return it once the work has been completed.
This would always be discussed with you first, including what work is required before proceeding with the repair.

Buying the computer is often the easy bit. Getting everything from the old computer onto the new one can be considerably less enjoyable.

I’ll explain what the problem is, what I’ve found and what your options are in plain English, without unnecessary jargon.
I also won’t recommend replacing equipment simply for the sake of it. If something can sensibly be repaired or upgraded, I’ll tell you. Equally, if spending money repairing an ageing computer doesn’t make financial sense, I’ll tell you that too.
The aim is to solve the problem — not sell you something you don’t need.
